The role
Grow Knit-i across Bangladesh's knit-export industry — one of the largest knitting markets in the world — and East India. Open new mills, run trials, close orders and build a local partner network.
What you will do
- Own Knit-i sales across Bangladesh and East India.
- Win new knit-composite and knitting mills; build relationships with owners and directors.
- Coordinate trials and installations with our technical and service teams.
- Negotiate export orders and terms; protect margin.
- Develop local agents and partners.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and report what the market is telling us.
Who we are looking for
- Route A — textile sales into Bangladesh's knitting and garment-export mills, or Route B — industrial capital-equipment sales to factories.
- A sales target you owned and achieved, and new customers you won yourself.
- Bengali and English; able to work in Bangladesh (residents and Bangladeshi nationals preferred).
- Willing to travel extensively across Bangladesh's textile clusters.
