The role

Hire the right people, the right way. You find candidates through every channel that works, run a fair and structured selection process, and tell the world why talented people should build AI for factories at CountAI.

What you will do

• Own hiring end to end: understand the role with the hiring manager, source, screen, schedule, assess, close offers and onboard.
• Use every channel that works — LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, colleges, polytechnics and ITIs, job fairs, and community groups.
• Publicise every opening: job posts, LinkedIn and social media content, campus talks, and our careers page.
• Run structured interviews and scorecards so every candidate is judged fairly on the same criteria.
• Give every candidate a fast, respectful experience — clear updates, and a reply to everyone.
• Track and report the funnel every week: applicants, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, joined, and time to hire.

Who we are looking for

• 3–7 years in talent acquisition, ideally hiring engineers, technicians and sales people.
• You have built pipelines through many channels, not just job portals.
• You have made employer-brand content — posts, videos or campus talks — and know what gets a response.
• Organised and data-driven: you keep a clean tracker and report numbers, not impressions.
• Clear communicator in English and Tamil; comfortable with factory, engineering and campus audiences.

Your first year

• First 30 days: learn our teams and roles, take over the open positions and set up the hiring tracker.
• By 60 days: every open role has an active multi-channel pipeline and a weekly funnel report.
• By 90 days: open roles filled on time, a referral programme running, and a regular stream of CountAI employer content.
